Victoria Ainsworth

Victoria is an experienced corporate and financial communications specialist, advising both public and private companies across a wide range of sectors, including asset management, venture capital, banking, corporate advisory, ag-tech, and entertainment. 
 
From scale-ups to listed businesses, Victoria partners with companies at every stage of their growth to tell compelling stories, navigate change, manage crises, and raise their profiles. Her client portfolio at Hawthorn has included NatWest (The Rose Review into Female Entrepreneurship), Amigo Loans, Vanquis Bank, DAZN, The Independent, and Waverton. She is committed to delivering meaningful results, whether through transaction support or securing high-impact media coverage in Tier 1 outlets and driving multi-channel thought leadership campaigns. 
 
Victoria joined Hawthorn in 2016 from Man Group Plc, one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers. Prior to that, she worked in the communications and marketing team at wealth manager Rathbones. Victoria holds a Master’s degree (Hons) in History from the University of Edinburgh. In 2025, she was shortlisted for the PRWeek People & Places Awards, recognising the UK’s top corporate communications professionals with over 10 years of experience.
