Henry is a corporate and financial communications specialist with over 15 years’ experience advising listed and private businesses, from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies.  
 
Henry advises clients across several sectors including fintech, energy, professional services and retail. His work at Hawthorn includes advising on M&A, including hostile and take-private transactions, crisis situations, and positioning businesses in new international markets. Henry’s portfolio of clients includes ION, N Brown, Seadrill and Kistos Plc.  
 
Henry has been at Hawthorn for over six years, having started his career in 2008, originally focussed on listed businesses within the natural resources sector.
