Ella Fallows

Ella is a highly experienced tech policy and public affairs expert with nearly 20 years of experience advising clients across sectors on complex regulatory, political and reputational challenges.

Before joining Hawthorn, Ella served as UK Head of Public Affairs at Weber Shandwick, helping clients navigate complex policy landscapes. Prior to this, she was Politics and Government Outreach Lead for Northern Europe at Meta, where she led the company’s political engagement strategy.

In 2012, she co-founded the Women in Public Affairs Network, an award-winning initiative that champions gender equality and supports career development across the industry.
