Amer Aidi is a Partner at Hawthorn Advisors, with over two decades of experience spanning government, tech, healthcare, and finance, leading high-impact communications and marketing functions across both public and private sectors.

Before joining Hawthorn, Amer was a strategic communications advisor at the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), where he shaped narratives that promote Abu Dhabi’s global investment proposition across key sectors. Prior to ADIO, Amer was part of the leadership team at Hub71, helping position Abu Dhabi as a global tech hub. He also served as Group Marketing Director at SEHA, where he supported the transformation of the UAE’s largest healthcare network.
