Join a diverse team bringing fresh ideas and thinking creatively

The Hawthorn team put on their aprons for the Great Hawthorn Bake-Off, all hoping to be named Star Baker. The challenge was to create a showstopper fish cake - not your usual sponge - designed to look like it could swim, but without the taste of fish.

We’ve partnered with Fulham Cross Academy to provide students with valuable opportunities, from work experience to internships with us. Our team regularly visit the Academy to support the teaching of marketing and business modules, as well as giving career advice. 

We're so proud of Hawthorn Senior Director Victoria Ainsworth, for being named winner in the 'Over 10 Years Experience' category at the PRWeek People & Places Awards 2025! She was recognised for leading high-impact campaigns, mentoring colleagues and driving cultural initiatives at Hawthorn. 

Thirty members of the Hawthorn team took on the formidable Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, an unforgettable experience with gruelling moments over 40km, but an incredible show of teamwork and spirit. We were proud to have surpassed our fundraising goal, raising £10,216 for The Bradfield Club.

We are proud supporters of The Bradfield Club which has served the Southwark community for over a century, providing young people with a safe space to play, learn, share meals, and access individual support. Throughout the year, we actively seek opportunities and challenges to help raise vital funds for the Club’s ongoing work.
