Suzi Lawrence

Suzi brings over 20 years of experience in people leadership and organisational strategy, spanning both client-facing consultancy roles and senior people and culture positions. She has advised fast-growing agencies, established organisations and charities on building high-performing teams, embedding culture and navigating complex organisational change.

Suzi leads Hawthorn’s people strategy and is responsible for attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent. She brings extensive senior experience in people and culture leadership, with a proven track record in organisational design, leadership coaching and employee engagement.

Before moving into people leadership, Suzi spent more than a decade in client-facing roles within a built environment focused communications agency, advising many of the UK’s leading landlords, developers, and architects on stakeholder engagement, consultation and public affairs. This combination of agency and operational expertise enables her to balance commercial priorities with a deep focus on building high-performing, values-led teams and embedding culture.

Suzi is a Trustee of the Everychild Partnership Trust and a mentor with MCR Pathways a national charity helping care-experienced and disadvantaged young people realise their potential through education and mentoring.
