Ed Holtom
Consultant
Ed works on a diverse range of clients across politics, financial services and the media. Ed previously completed the Hawthorn Summer Internship program, and graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA in Politics.
Whilst at Edinburgh, his work as a freelance writer earned him a front-page by-line with The Sunday Telegraph, following an investigation into Russell Group COVID financing. He also worked on the media team for Climate Action in the lead up to and during COP26 in Glasgow. His proudest achievement at university was founding a club night called ‘Below the Belt’, which raised more than £5,000 to support LGBTQ+ charities.
Before university, Ed was awarded a full scholarship with the English Speaking Union to study for a full year at a boarding school in Lynchburg, Virginia.
In his free time, Ed enjoys theatre and the arts, performing as Oliver on the West End stage and at The Globe as a child, as well as appearing in an episode of Sherlock.
