Dan’s expertise lies in corporate communications and crisis management, helping organisations strengthen and protect reputation.
Dan’s campaigning includes high profile public policy lobbying around infrastructure; creating a movement around first-time buyers for a leading building society; and launching an award-winning campaign for a consulting firm at the World Economic Forum in Davos. He has worked across a wide variety of sectors here including FMCG, retail, professional services and transport.
Dan has advised on crisis situations such as health-scares, NGO criticism, fraud, cyber-attack, under-cover filming and malicious food-tampering. He has developed crisis preparedness programmes for clients in sectors including energy, manufacturing and oil and gas.
Dan joined from Lewis Communications where he was UK and EMEA Chair of Corporate Communications. He also worked for Teneo Blue Rubicon, Marks & Spencer and Hill & Knowlton. Dan graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BA in Classics. He has two children and spends much of his spare time trying to convince them to support Leeds United.
